We've integrated features and functionalities into its design to suit the needs of the most demanding welding experts, based on our many years of experience in the plastic welding sector.
Model 600-0100/PRT/A (Pro-X) Features:
- High-capacity drive motor with "bullet-proof" gearbox and custom-built armature and windings that come with an extended guarantee.
- High-precision gears (interchangeable with current units) for extremely silent operation and longer drive motor life. GUARANTEED!
- The large control box makes diagnosing and repairing electronic components simple.
- Control box hoods shield controls and switches from direct sunlight and unintentional contact.
- Pre-heat and barrel temperatures are measured and controlled separately, with electronic "cold start" safety.
- Demtech's dependable pre-heat air unit ensures consistent temperature and high air flow.
- The ergonomic soft grip mid handle effortlessly adjusts to several positions for right-handed or left-handed operation.
- Preventing pre-heat air from burning a hole in the liner material, the handle doubles as a support, making it nearly hard to tip the welder over.
- High flow rates are achieved with minimal load on the drive motor thanks to the hardened screw and barrel.
