Features of the Pro-Wedge VM20:
- High speed and lightweight for thin and flexible materials like PVC and geotextilesx
- High torque and heavy-duty for the thickest smooth or textured HDPE
- It's simple to load and use. When welding thin materials, the loading time is longer and the initial "burn-out" is smaller.
- Weld varied material thicknesses, such as 40, 60, and 80 mils, without adjusting the set-up.
- For high-speed in-house manufacture, sheet overlap guides and track attachment are provided.
- Reinforced polypropylene is welded up to 32 feet per minute
- Buttons for speed and temperature are simple push-button controls.
Optional features include:
- FK-100 Fabrication kit for in-house fabrication with travel plate and sheet lap guides
- Front with a lot of space (tube style) 4" diameter trip rollers or single rollers
